DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

- If you are unsatisfied with the purchase for any reason, you can choose to exchange the item only within 5 days after receiving it.

- Returned items must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition and have all original packaging along with the invoice and Certificate.

- If the item is defective or damaged in the shipping, you can request an exchange or refund.

- If the order has not shipped, we will immediately refund your payment to the original payment source.

- If your return is approved, the refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

Please note that it will take up to 7 - 14 days for processing your refund from the date we receive the item.
